Mise En Place ('Let's Cook My Way')!

My professor from UP stressed the importance of a good Mise En Place ("everything in place"). When it was my turn to teach Hotel and Restaurant Management, I constantly impressed on my students' minds the same principle. 

The same principle is what Tita Nelia Silverio (Mobile #0908-8211778) shows her students in her 'Let's Cook My Way' classes. You'd see in the following photos how 'anal' she is. She demands that her assistants know by heart what tool and ingredients are needed per a specific task. And most importantly, to have the tools and equipment doubly-clean and yes, within arm's reach. Agree. Agree.
