I don't eat Kimchi. Well, one thing is sure... I was not a Korean in my past life. Seriously, Tita Nelia Sison Silverio (Let's Cook My Way) tweaked her Kimchi recipe into something a non-Kimchi-eater like me would finally enjoy... Kimchi Pancakes. And it worked.
Tita Nelia sauteed the Kimchi, added her seasoning and yes, eggs. Of course, I can't actually divulge her secret ingredients. So, I advise that you join her classes in Urdaneta Village, Makati every Tuesday (contact number: 09088211778).
Actually, we don't call them cooking classes. It's more... cooking experience!
