Asked about the new look of the Alex III Wilson Street branch, Norman Cruz (VP, Finance) was right when he said "it's nice and spacious."  And I must add... very cozy!

The Wilson Branch also has a function room called the Pangarap Room which can accommodate 30-40 persons perfect for intimate gatherings. Reservations may be arranged, just look for the hospitable and helpful manager, Ms. Eden Reyes.

Of all the four Alex III Specials offered exclusively in the Wilson Branch, I love this dish the best next (of course!) to the Sizzling Boneless Fried Chicken. It's lightly-battered Fish and Shrimp served with fried potatoes and Tartar sauce (and like another Alex III Special, Grilled Tanigue Steak, don't forget to squeeze the lime wedge on the fish and shrimp).

The Wilson Branch has an exclusive menu they call, Alex III Specials. It has four 'specially-designed' dishes and one of which is Grilled Tanigue Steak (served with buttered vegetables and lemon butter sauce). Don't forget to squeeze the lime wedge on the grilled fish. The tart taste adds to that important kick.

It's been years since I last visited this branch that I don't remember anymore how it looked like then. Norman Cruz (VP, Finance) was right when he said "it's nice and spacious." I was there before lunch and before the influx of Alex III's regulars so I was able to savor the understated elegance of the place which underwent major renovation recently.
