Baked Lapu-Lapu with Chermoula by 'Let's Cook My Way!'

Let's Cook My Way @ Urdaneta Village

"Chermoula is a marinade used to flavor fish (other seafoods), meats or vegetables."

Tita Nelia Sison Silverio got these two really fresh Lapu-Lapu (for the Tuesday cooking classes at Urdaneta Village) from S&R.  She massaged a fragrant mixture of different fresh and dried herbs, lemon slices and pitted olives.  And she finished the process by topping the pair with real butter before covering with foil and placing in the oven.

Resulting to this aromatic, delicate baked fish dish!
