HAMILO COAST: Paradise in Nasugbo!

Hamilo Coast @ Nasugbu, Batangas

It was a 3 hour drive from Makati through Tagaytay. The shoot went smoothly save for some minor problems. The Production Team was professional, as usual & our host, WWF group was accommodating and mindful of everyone's needs. And the Discovery Channel's Awesome Team? Well, they were hungry most of the time.

The blue water's so inviting for a swim!

Among the many species of exotic birds in the area,
I was introduced to these very "noisy" black birds with red eyes!
They were beautiful!
I found out that a BIRD WATCHER is also
called a... BIRDER!
You learn things everyday!
So for about 10 minutes, I was a BIRDER!
I like birds.
The Production Team getting ready!

The Awesome Team in the dark!

The same Team.

The Beach Clean-up Segment

Busy, busy working!

The Awesome Team...
if they're not eating, they're sleeping
 And if they're not sleeping,
they're eating

Maybe I was expecting too much from this restaurant.

They should have put a swirl of cream on top, at least...

The saving grace of this salad is the plate.
I enjoyed looking at the plate.
Why do restaurants in the province (actually most Filipinos?)
have this obsession for Thousand Island dressing?
Pork Adobo in Coconut Milk
More like... Re-heated Pork Fat in Coconut Milk.
Another question: Why are Filipinos so fixated with
Parsley as garnish?
Isn't it so 90's!

I have no more comment.

Thank you WWF & Pico de Loro!
Til next time!
