  1. Wow! That looks good! Sinigang na bangus sa bayabas is one of my favorite dishes. Not just the tiyan, though, but the whole piece. My inay used to cook it! We cook it here in the states, too, but the milkfish that we always end up buying is too huge. The smaller ones are much tastier I think. Especially if you make use of the guava fruit itself and not the powdered ones, yummy! Nothing beats Filipino food! More power to you!
