Except for the usual ham, cheese and fruits, our family doesn't have any traditional Noche Buena food. I remember that for several Noche Buenas, we had Lechon De Leche. We also had (my favorite!) Chicken Galantina which mommy used to get from a store in Rustan's Cubao (in their old location across Ali Mall!) and occasionally, Roast Turkey which a family friend/neighbor/caterer used to do for us.
We never had Crispy Pata though we have been toying with the thought. A few weeks back and after tasting the Crispy Pata of Alex III the thought made a comeback. I'm actually considering ordering this really crunchy pork dish for this year's Noche Buena! Why not? A good Crispy Pata is just a phone call away!
