I have eaten Laing na makati sa dila more than once in the past. That's why I was a bit hesitant to order it at Alex III (Matalino Street). But they insisted to give it a try. So, I did. Good thing I did (there was no kati at all!). The slightly thick sauce had that sweet coconut milk taste which I like. That why when my good friend (from the Blue School) Gabby visited from Denver a month ago, I made him try the Laing at the Robinson Galleria branch of Alex III. He finished a third of it. Way to go, Gab!
