Ukokkei Ramen Ron @ San Lorezo, Makati
After a movie, Tita Nelia and I had a sudden craving for ramen... Ukokkei Ramen (they make their own noodles) in particular. The place opened a few minutes before 6pm and good thing that we were there before the onslaught of the Ukokkei regulars (interesting: they only serve their specialty, Miso Chashu at 6pm sharp!)
We ordered the usual (my favorite) Tantanmen (P390) and (Tita's favorite) Miso Chashu (P380) and added a serving of Yaku Gyoza (P120) and yes, yes, yes... Curry Rice (P280 regular, P180 half). Of course, we got the regular.
I loved the Curry Rice. The flavors were not too strong, balanced. The spiciness was kept to a minimum. Sabi nga... sauce pa lang, ulam na.
