Lapu-lapu Fillet with

I like the sharp taste of capers (a bit salty and tangy) especially if prepared with fish (capers are not for everybody, considered more of an acquired taste).
Alex III combined capers with garlic and lemon and came up with this best seller, Lapu-lapu Fillet with Garlic Lemon Caper Sauce. It's served with rice and your choice of salad.
Incidentally, I feasted on the fillet together with Tekka Maki. It was Seafood overload! Try it!
