One dinner time, Tita Nelia ("Let's Cook My Way!") suddenly remembered this fried chicken place they tried and loved called Big  Bird a food stall located in Hole in the Wall, Century City Mall.   

I had the Waffle Plate which has two Sweet Potato Waffles, Butter, Maple Syrup and yes, with two 'substantial chicken cuts' (which had been breaded with a zillion herbs and spices!) and an additional order of buttery corn-on-a-stick! Love it!
