Birthday Spread by "Let's Cook My Way!"

“Let’s Cook My Way” (Nelia Silverio’s cooking class every Tuesday in Urdaneta Village) handled Isabelle Dee’s 21th Birthday celebration a week ago. It was a well-attended affair with friends from ICA and De La Salle University. The food was a big, big hit among the guests! 

 

The birthday spread consists of: 

 

Caviar Cake 

Artichoke with 3-Cheese Dip (Pecorino, Parmesan, Mozzarella) 

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Cheese Platter 

Proscuitto, Salami with Avocado, Pear, Grapes, Basil Leaves Served with Pita, Chips, Baguette and Toasts!
