There are many ways to enjoy Tokwa't Baboy: as appetizer, ulam, meryenda, pulutan or as partner with Goto/Lugaw. I like it any which way. Alex III's Tokwa't Baboy has that distinct sour taste that whets your appetite for the next round of food (in our case, Bistik Tagalog!)
