I had to try Roast's Iced Mocha (prepared by one of the business partners and an expert "barista," Joby Tanjuatco) which Pia Caluag (Chef, owner) was really proud of. She's right. It's (very!) good Iced Mocha. Not too sweet, just right. The slightly bitter coffee taste was there and not hiding under thick whipped cream. Love it.
