Kimukatsu: Japanese Panna Cotta!

Japanese Panna Cotta (P110)

This is the favorite dessert of my very accommodating host, Mr. Kenji Komuro, Director of Public Relations. After having the popular Kimukatsu, he asked the kitchen to prepare this dessert. He did the final mixing on the table. 



Japanese Panna Cotta is made of Kudzu Flour (also called Japanese Arrowroot) and Kinako Powder which is ground Japanese soy with sesame seeds (also known as "Japanese peanut butter").



Perfect with tea!
