Kare-Kare Short Ribs
Alex III serves two kinds of Kare-Kare: Kare-Kare Solo Mix (tripe and ox-tail) and Kare-Kare Short Ribs. Both are best sellers at all Alex III branches and personally, I like both. It's just that I'm more familiar with Ox-Tail and Tripe Kare-Kare having grown up in a household that have that favorite on the dining table every Sunday.
Anyway, Alex III's Kare-Kare is how I like it: thick, nutty sauce and the meat, really tender. I can actually eat it with steaming rice everyday.
