Tita Nelia (Let's Cook My Way!) admitted that this cake is actually a product of her creative and restless (culinary) mind. One of those times when an idea suddenly pops up which she immediately prepares in her well-appointed kitchen. This dessert, Peach Yogurt with Cinnamon Glaze, was such a big hit among her students in one of her cooking classes that she's thinking of including it in her new food business called Pink Food Shop located at the SM Landing, 2nd Level Glorietta!
