Salmon Steak
After all those Christmas Lechon, Morcon, Embutido and Chicken Galantina, I gave myself a break and indulged in a less-fat and heart-friendly Salmon Steak at Alex III Restaurant. Another good thing about it is that Alex III serves the well-seasoned salmon with Salad of greens and fruits like oranges, apples and grapes tossed with a light, sweet dressing.
