Sinigang na Tiyan ng Bangus

It was my mommy who introduced me to Miso (soybean paste). Our really-sour Sinigang na Salmon (the family's favorite Sinigang served on a deep soup bowl) was a staple on the Sunday table. I remember my mom, before turning off the stove, would put in leaves and leaves of Mustasa. That's why I felt a bit nostalgic when I was feasting on Alex III's Sinigang na Tiyan ng Bangus sa Miso. Lutong-bahay na lutong-bahay!
