Karaage
After finishing Ikkoryu's Ajitama Tonkotsu (P380) and Yuzu Tama Tonkotsu (P380), I asked my host, Mr. Kenji Komura (Ikorryu's Director of Public Relations), if it's okay if I order Karaage. Being an accommodating host that he is, he gladly did the ordering for me.
It was one excellent Karaage. It was crispy and seasoned well (though I was expecting bite-sized chicken). And it didn't need any sauce or gravy, it's perfect as it is.
