Fried Lumpiang Ubod
I like both Sariwang Lumpiang Ubod and Fried Lumpiang Ubod. But one time last week, I had a craving for freshly-fried Lumpiang Ubod not as meryenda but as ulam (you just can't eat it without the special sweet vinegar!). I downed the four pieces (two big lumpia halved) with steaming white rice and very cold Pepsi Light.
This is one of my favorite meryenda (fried lumpinag ubod). Thank you for sharing this.
