Assorted Seafood with Agliata Sauce!

Let's Cook My Way! @ Urdaneta Village

Tita Nelia (Let's Cook My Way) used four kinds of seafood for this recipe: shrimps, squid, clams and fish fillet which she washed and cleaned thoroughly. She then, seasoned with salt and pepper, lemon juice and pizza seasoning. After which she sauteed chopped garlic in olive oil, put in the fresh seafood and added white wine. Tita Nelia finally transferred everything to a good platter.  

For the Agliata Sauce, in a food processor, throw in some cubed bread, olive oil, walnuts, garlic and parsely. Done! Easy and healthy!
