Kos Greek Ouzeri is a new restaurant that has been enjoying good business in the UP Town Center (the area used to be the playground of UP Integrated School. I used to watch kids my age as we pass along going home from the blue school. Well, that was so many moons back). 

Simply stated, Kos Greek Ouzeri is a small restaurant with a promise. As Chef Yoli Naluz admits, they never scrimp on the ingredients which undergo meticulous quality inspection (you will never capture the delicate taste of Salmon if not fresh). My Grilled Salmon Fillet was perfectly grilled and seasoned right that nothing was left on my plate. Their version of Moussaka was on the "saucy" side but still unforgettable. Before I forget, they serve free warm bread for which we ordered the Artichoke Spinach spread. And yes, we finished everything.

Ryzza Mae is a Loom Band Addict!

When we went to the studio, bising-busy si Ryzza Mae sa kanyang bagong libangan at yes, negosyo (ang kita niya dito ay para sa charity). Yun ang maganda sa "addiction" niya... nalilibang na and at the same time nakakatulong pa din siya! Pero iba talaga ang obsession ng batang superstar sa loom band! Nakita namin na kahit saan na lang naglu-loom band siya! Sabi nga niya sa floor director ng EB... kahit naka-pikit ay kaya niyang mag-loom band! We're not surprised!

Nagsasabi naman ang Child Superstar kung gutom na siya. Makikita sa video na sesenyas siya na kakain muna a few minutes before mag-start ang The Ryzza Mae Show... na dapat naman na tinitiyak ng EB staff na nagagawa without question. Wait... ano nga pala ang ulam ng bata na dedma sa camera na nakatutok sa kanya! Gutom talaga!

I was told that the US Baby Back Ribs is one of the Alex III's best sellers (next to the famous Pork and Chicken Barbecues). Why am I not surprised? The half slab's grilled well leaving it moist and tender. And the flavor you actually taste down to the bones. 

Fyi. I ate the back ribs the way it should be eaten (so as to maximize enjoyment)... with my fingers. 

Served with Java Rice 

and a choice of Salad or Achara

Aliw na aliw ang Phenomenal Child Star sa mga notebooks na may pictures niya on the cover! Talagang gaganahan ang mga bata na pumasok sa school at mag-aral nang mabuti with Ryzza Mae inspiring them kasi nga parang magkasama sila with their young idol! Positive na positive talaga ang influence ni Ryzza Mae sa mga bata, no?

Just after her top-rating show ay kapiling na naman ng Phenomenal Child Star ang kanyang tablet doing her rounds of social media... Facebook, Tweeter at Instagram. Aba, nagulat na lang kami nang malaman namin na si Katy Perry na ang fina-follow niya at ang bati niya ay... Hello, Ate Katy! Malay natin... baka alam nga ni Katy Perry ang salitang Ate! You'll never know! Go, Ryzza!

I see this area of Alex III everytime I eat here but I don't pay much attention to it (maybe because the items here I know I can get just anywhere). Anyway, as I was leaving the restaurant, my attention was caught by this particular container of Alex III Oatmeal Thins (deliciously thin and really crunchy!). I just had to have it. I got one and brought it to the office. 

Well, as expected the office staff fell in love with it! "Sir, sana laging meron." 

Hah!

Everyone is in-love with Ryzza Mae's electric blue gladiator shoes! Super fashionista na ang ating Phenomenal Child Star! Medyo conscious pa siya dahil laging pa nyang hinahawakan at tinitingnan but later on ay sanay na siya. Don't you just love it?

Aside from the famous barbeques, a lot of people go to Alex III for their seafood, just like me. I especially love their Baked Mussels and just recently, I added a new entry to my list of favorites, Sizzling Salmon Teppanyaki (the sweetish sauce is just too good)! I wasn't planning to eat rice with it but I wasn't able to help myself. I guess, dieting can wait.
