Chef Mats Loo have shown a meal fit for the Lenten Season last week. For Easter, being a day of celebration he will prepare Spinach Pie... a Greek appetizer of spinach and feta cheese wrapped in filo brushed with lamb butter! So, let the celebration begin! Advanced Happy Easter everybody!
