There's a quaint cafe located on the 2nd Floor of L Building along Katipunan Avenue that serves very good Bibingka w/ Salted Egg. It's buttery and the texture is so much like the ones my family used to eat in Bulacan during Christmas many (many!) moons back. Meaning: walang daya sa ingredients! Tip: have a Bibingka pig-out with Roast's specially-roasted coffee (will tell you about it on future blogs). It's just unforgettable. By the way, you can have your Bibingka take-out from the store on the ground floor.
