Bistro Ravioli @ G/F Greenbelt 1
I don't remember making fresh Ravioli in my life not even in school. Sayang. I love it, though. Really love it. That's why when Tita Nelia and I saw this restaurant in Greenbelt 1 (while killing time) we immediately got curious and went in. We ordered for Salmon Ravioli in Saffron Cream Sauce (P245) and Quattro Formaggi or Four Cheese Pizza (P420). While waiting we talked with the servers and realized that we've already seen Bistro Ravioli in Glorietta but never considered trying kasi nandun siya sa area na mainit at mahina ang aircon. Kaya pala.
Anyway, we should have tried the Glorietta branch noon pa because the pasta here is more than okay. Its very good. In our case, the salmon was not O.A. (so is the cream sauce) meaning, not overwhelming to the tongue. Hindi nakaka-umay.
As for the pizza, we loved the crust. It's thin and crispy... slightly but deliciously burnt. We took the half home only to find out that the people in the house have been eating at the Glorietta branch way before our discovery. So, it wasn't our discovery pala. Oh well...
