I get disappointed everytime I attend an intimate potluck and not see a Tupperware (lately, potluckers have graduated to Reynold's disposable aluminum pans with Glad Wrap and a bottle of Sweet Chili Sauce) of Lumpiang Shanghai. A salu-salo is just not complete without Shanghai. 

I've seen all kinds... long, thin Shanghai; bite-sized Shanghai; stubby Shanghai; chopped Shanghai on top of Pancit; and the list goes on.
