I was just planning to try a slice of Sans Rival at Sans Rival because I was still full from our lunch at Sunburst Fried Chicken (good chicken!) when I saw that they were also selling Choco Chips Brownies and Silvanas. Bahala na. But I had to try all kahit wala nang paglagyan.
Anyway, the food outside Metro Manila talaga is a lot cheaper. Take for example the Brownies that were retailing at P13, the Silvanas at P15 and even a slice of Sans Rival at P26 (maybe because labor is much lower in the province?) Going back... aside from the Sans Rival which is their flagship product, the Choco Chips Brownie is also to-die-for. It's moist, nutty and slightly bitter, the way an ideal Brownie must be.

As for the Silvanas, well, it's good but it can be better. My yardstick will always be the ones sold at House of Silvanas (not to mention the soft Ensaymada they sell there).
