We had our TLC CHOWDOWN Media & Bloggers' Night at Gerry's Grill (fair to say that Gerry's Grill serves though not great, but okay food) when I first tasted their fried chicken. I had a waiter bring me their chicken from the chafing dish which has been sitting for a long time. Big chances na malamig na ang chicken.
Well, the chicken's not that good. The meat was bland and unbelievably dry. Forgivable kung may gravy. There's none. Balat? It wasn't crispy and really oily. The photo says it all.
It's rare that I don't finish the food on my plate. Fried Chicken pa.
Oh, this was the one who ate lang di ba?
