Personally, I think that if would be a vote that Sisig will be ranked as the second National Food of the Philippines. Sisig holds a signifant presence in menus in almost all Pinoy restaurants. And Fika is one of those restaurants. Fika has a version of that Kapampangan specialty that is one of the bestsellers especially, among the regulars with their bottles of ice-cold beer! Yes, Fika does not only serve good breakfast and lunch but also pulutan for de-stressing work-weary individuals!
