Another dessert offering from Alex III Resto-Grille. This Tapioca (cassava) jelly is topped with coco milk and toasted pinipig! It has this pandan flavor that's light, not overwhelming. 

I just love it.

This behind-the-scenes video was taken habang nag-iiyakan sina Angel Aquino at ang kids na guests ni Ryzza Mae sa kanyang high-rating show. Damang-dama ng ating Aleng Maliit ang ginagawa niyang pag-internalize habang naghihintay siya ng cue from the floor director. Pang-Best actress!

After talking with Ate Julie Anne San Jose, lumapit naman ang guwapong si Kuya Christian kay Ryzza Mae at kiniliti siya ng kiniliti! Oo nga pala, contestant din pala si Ate Julie Anne sa Little Miss Philippines noong bata pa ito. Parehong talented at parehong sikat. At parehong ka-puso... isama na natin si Kuya Christian dyan!

She's a typical little girl who love dolls (she also loves gadgets, bicycles and cameras). Nandun ako pagkatapos ng The Ryzza Mae Show, ay dumerecho siya sa dressing room para makipaglaro at ayusin ang buhok ng kanyang pink stuffed toy with sequined blue outfit and blond hair! Tita Toni Rose was there beside her wiping the lipstick off her cheek.

The Alex III's Kalderetang Baka is what Kalderetang Baka should be: tender beef, potatoes and carrots (Jardiniere-cut), bell peppers swimming in rich brown sauce topped with grated cheese. Perfect with steaming with rice!

At first, I was cold to the idea of having Hotatai. The day was a bit warm and soup didn't appeal to me. But we ordered it, anyway. O, my first sip, I pleasantly surprised how the soup felt good in my stomach. Before I knew it, I was already on my second serving.

One good thing about Alex III's Lumpiang Ubod is that they use real ubod, not singkamas. That for me is enough reason to like it. A lot.

Ryzza Mae, Mapagbigay!

We all agree that Ryzza Mae is one talented girl. One super talented girl. Pero meron pang isang katangian ang batang ito na lumitaw na pagkaganda-ganda... mapagbigay siya. Normal sa isang bata ang basta na lang gagawin ang isang bagay or in the case, basta kakain na lang. Not with our Aleng Maliit. I was at the door of the dressing room when she stepped out with a big-sized Pillows (chocolate flavored, also my favorite!) at inalok ako pagkatapos buksan! Hindi lang siya super talented kundi super-giving din siya. She is definitely growing up the proper way. Kudos, Mommy Rizza.

High tech! Mahilig talaga sa gadgets ang Aleng Maliit! She played with Ate Belle's Polaroid Camera na meron kagad na instant film in a few minutes! Ryzza Mae took photos of almost everybody backstage prompting Ate Belle to promise to get a pink camera for her! How generous!
