Lapu-Lapu in
Sweet and Sour Sauce
One good thing about Alex III's (new) Lapu-Lapu in Sweet & Sour Sauce is that it's not like the sweet and sour served in Chinese restaurants. It's not blood red; the sauce not too thick and it doesn't have that sharp, tart taste (both sweetness and sourness are tempered by Alex III). Most of all, I like the unique touch where Alex III tops the Lapu-Lapu fillets with achara. The Alex III achara is available in all five branches.
