NYOB - Not Your Ordinary Benedict (P540)

"Fresh baked rustic muffins, wild mushrooms, sous vide eggs, 

Italian ham, sautéed spinach and torched citrus hollandaise"

 

We (Tita Nelia and I) were craving for a good pancake breakfast that morning. Sadly, the Pancake House in Rockwell was full so we just for Hatch 22 which was a few steps away. Tita was a bit reluctant having eaten there and found that the food was, well, not good. We took a table, nonetheless. Why? One, walang tao. Second, malakas ang aircon. 

 

I ordered for NYOB - Not Your Ordinary Benedict. We both loved it and the presentation earned high marks from us. We couldn't say the same for their Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes. Good thing that we enjoyed the NYOB enough that we didn't anymore consider returning it to the kitchen. 

Blueberry Ricotta Pancake (P325)

"Buttermilk pancakes filled with blueberry compote, 
ricotta and toasted almonds. 
Served with cinnamon butter and cognac maple syrup"
