Let's Cook My Way! @ Urdaneta Village
Tita Nelia (Let's Cook My Way) was correct in saying that this dish is one the less complicated dish she's ever taught her class. Easy but really tasteful.
First step. She sliced a cup of garlic. And in a bowl, she mixed ginger, chopped green onions, Chinese wine, sesame oil and of course, salt and pepper. And before baking the fish for 15 minutes (the secret of this dish to use fresh Lapu-lapu or Grouper), she topped it with butter. And while waiting, prepared some vegetable to finish the the fish dish. Tita Nelia suggests that you eat the steamed fish immediately with newly-cooked rice while savoring the garlic smell wafting from the kitchen.
THAT was delicious.
