Napanood ba ninyo ang Oscar Awards kunsaan nag-selfie ang mga Hollywood megastars? Meron ding version ang EB Staff with the little Superstar right at the center na kinunan a few minutes before the Ryzza Show aired! And the moment was made memorable dahil sa sinabi ng ating witty litlle girl na talagang nagpa-tawa sa lahat na nakuha ng aming camera! Perfect timing!

Stackers Fried Chicken (P165)

I saw this store on my way to the bank (Chinabank is just beside Stackers). I haven't eaten here though I've seen the other branches. I wasn't in the mood for a burger that day (I think they specialize in burgers) so I inquired if they have my all-time comfort food... that's right, fried chicken. They have. So, what did you think happened? 

 

How was it? Well, the chicken was a bit dry and the breading matigas and the color, too dark (not the ideal golden brown). It had this bitter taste  probably because they over fried my chicken. Of course, the person in charge denied this who, apparently, is the brand's area manager. I don't care, the fact remains that they over fried my chicken and they lied about it. 

Do I recommend Stackers? Yes... to my enemies.

I always equate Alex III with Barbecue and Pinoy food (Crispy Pata and Laing top my all-time list of favorites!) that "discovering" something as good as their Salmon Teriyaki really came as a (pleasant) surprise for me. The fish was grilled well never losing its delicate salmon flavor. Tip: with or without the teriyaki and sesame sauce, the Salmon Teriyaki was perfect on its own.   

Misu Soup

The meal comes with white Misu Soup which aptly prepares the appetite for the fish and vegetables.

No, its our own Aleng Maliit in a playful mood na naman! Nandyan na ang mga favorite playmates niya na Talent Coordinator and Floor Director. Always ready to play with her! At syempre nandyan pa rin si Mama na pwedeng matakbuan at maging playmate anytime!

Halos kalahati ng audience sa Broadway Studio ay nakiki-kanta sa mga awit ni Raymong Lauchengco na guest ni Aleng Maliit sa kanyang show. At tuwang-tuwa naman ang bagets na nagbaback-up dancing at interpretative dancing sa gilid habang hinaharana siya ni Tito Raymond. Priceless segment.

Para sa amin, yan ang peg ni Aleng Maliit kahapon sa The Ryzza Mae Show! She may have felt a bit self-conscious dahil nga sa tumambok na nguso niya but we found it cute! At diyan niya napatunayan na totoong professional ang Child Wonder at tuloy pa rin ang show!

Ryzza Mae: Mamaaaaaaaaa!!!

Immediately after an episode of the Ryzza Mae Show, tumakbo kagad si Ryzza Mae papunta sa backstage. It was normal pero that day, parang may hinahanap ang Child Wonder. Akala namin, she wanted to use the toilet kaya siya nagmamadali or she wanted her gadgets. We rushed behind her.     
 

Then, hindi pala gadgets ang hanap. At hindi pala toilet and kailangan niya. Aleng Maliit was looking for her Mama. She wanted her Mama. Kaya nung makita niya ang hinahanap, buong higpit na yinakap na ito. Sandali lang nangyari yun, pero we felt the intensity of that hug. It was touching.

Japanese Panna Cotta (P110)

This is the favorite dessert of my very accommodating host, Mr. Kenji Komuro, Director of Public Relations. After having the popular Kimukatsu, he asked the kitchen to prepare this dessert. He did the final mixing on the table. 

Japanese Panna Cotta is made of Kudzu Flour (also called Japanese Arrowroot) and Kinako Powder which is ground Japanese soy with sesame seeds (also known as "Japanese peanut butter").

Perfect with tea!

Scene stealer! Without trying to, umagaw na naman ng eksena ang ating Aleng Maliit just like previous episodes of her high-rating show. Habang nagpe-perform ang American Band na guests niya ay inaaliw naman ni Ryzza Mae ang sarili by just waiting and dancing na akala mo ay isang professional back-up dancer!
