It took me a few minutes to decide on what drink to go with my Salpicao (USDA Angus Tenderloin). I wanted something I don't normally order. The waiter suggested Watermelon Shake (well trained!) according to him, "summer na summer at fresh na fresh!" 

Totoo naman!

A good Salpicao depends largely on the kind of beef used. It has to be high-quality Tenderloin (the most tender of all part of the cow) that's not overcooked (overcooking will make the beef leathery). And yes, lots of sliced/minced (I prefer, sliced) garlic and butter (better not to use margarine). 

And Alex III serves excellent Salpicao (with steaming white rice). But that day, I wanted to be bolder (all those oil!) so I ordered for Garlic Fried Rice. What a way to start the Holy Week.

Lost files are files na "nakatago" kasama ng iba pang files na hindi napapansin hanggang sa time na aksidenteng makita na lang bigla. The other day, we were cleaning the contents of our laptop when we discovered na marami palang kaming files na hindi pa nagagamit for different reasons. 

And from checking the materials, okay pa at nakakatuwa pa rin! Do you remember the time last month na namaga ang lips ni Aleng Maliit! Sport na sport ang multi-awarded television show as we followed her around the backstage. Don't worry, little girl... cute na cute ka pa rin! Diba?!

Isang taon na pala ang lumipas when we saw neophyte Ryzza Mae took centerstage as the youngest & smallest television host EVER! As in EVER! At ngayon, kabi-kabila na ang mga awards at recognitions (and not to mention, endorsements galore!) hindi lang bilang host kundi bilang Child Performer!

I haven't been to Ayala Triangle for a long time except when I went to A-gantea to use my Gift Certificate a few weeks back but even then, I didn't pay much attention to the new eating places there (I had to rush). 

After having dinner at Omikase, we decided to have dessert at Poco Deli but ended having beer (well, only my Tita and our other friend... I needed to work after this pig-out) and yes, sausages which we enjoyed very much. They have this distinct home-made flavor that you don't get from the ones bought from the supermarket. I swear.

We were mildly surprised when the server brought this to our table. Actually, we were a bit intimidated by the size of the container (only to find out that it was just pure ice under the sea of red beans). 

How was Green Tea Ice Cream and Red Bean Ice? We enjoyed it together with the Sweet and Sour Pork and Fried Squid (the LO of which I happily brought home).

Ryzza Mae, Walang Ganang Kumain!

No appetite? 
It's the first time na nakita namin siyang walang ganang kumain. We are used to see her na maganang maganang humataw lalo kung paborito niya ang naka-haing ulam tulad ng Paksiw at Adobo. Ang maalagang Si Ate Princess pa naman ang nag-ayos ng food ni Aleng Maliit ay normally sabay silang nagsusubuan.   

Well, its just one of those days! Normal sa kahit na sino'ng bata. Don't worry the multi-awarded child star not sick of anything. Siguro lagi lang natatalo sa Flappy Birds! Or I'm sure naparami ang nakaing breakfast noong araw na yun.

They say that comedians are good at making people cry. Tama naman yun. Kasi taun-taon mula pa noong 1981, nagpapalabas na nang heavy drama sina Tito, Vic and Joey from Holy Monday hanggang Holy Wednesday and we should say, that they have been very successful at it! 

However, nagpahinga ng konti ang tradisyong ito at binabalik na ulit after eight (8) years! And what a comeback! Dalawang episodes sa isang araw sa EB Lenten Special na ito, entitled "Hulog ng Langit." Don't miss it!

EB Lenten Drama Special: "Hulog ng Langit!"

Nagsimula pa noong 1981, naging tradisyon na sa Eat Bulaga ang Lenten Drama Special taun-taon. And after 8 years, Eat Bulaga is bringing back this tradition!
 

For this year, ang Eat Bulaga Drama Lenten Special ay pinamagatang "Hulog ng Langit." Mula Holy Monday hanggang Holy Wednesday ay mayroong anim na kwento. First time na double-feature in one day ang ipapalabas!

Inspirasyon ng bawa't kwento ang mga istorya ng buhay na napanood ninyo sa Eat Bulaga.

Nagkaroon ng special screening ang EB Lenten Drama Special sa CMC (College of Mass Communications) recently, kunsaan ipinalabas ang isang double-feature na pinangunahaan ni Paolo Ballesteros ang "Ilaw ng Kahapon" at si Julia Clarete ang "Karugtong ng Puso."

And after the screening, nagkaroon ng Question and Answer portion, games tulad ng Acting Contest, selfie/photo op at kainan.
